1. Where are Brieza T-shirts made and shipped from?
All Brieza products are made to order and printed by our trusted fulfillment partners in the United States.Orders are shipped from the location closest to your delivery address whenever possible.

2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days after purchase. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can check your
order’s progress anytime using that link.
4. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Please review the measurements carefully
before placing your order, as all items are printed individually and cannot be exchanged for
size mistakes.
5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods
available at checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted and secure gateways.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns for wrong size or color
choices. However, if your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll gladly replace or refund
it. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
7. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a defective, misprinted, or wrong item, please contact us at
support@brieza.com with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or
refund right away.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, Brieza ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned!
