Refund policy

At Brieza, each T-shirt is made just for you — printed individually when you place an order.
Because our products are Print-on-Demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for
reasons such as wrong size, color choice, or change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace or
refund it.


When You’re Eligible for a Replacement or Refund
We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
- You received the wrong product, size, or color.
- The print is blurry, faded, or misaligned.
To file a claim, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at
support@brizch.com, including:
- Your order number, and
- Clear photos showing the problem.


When Returns Are Not Accepted🚫
Since every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in cases such
as:
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or design.
- You simply changed your mind.
- Slight variations in color due to screen settings.
- Shipping delays caused by couriers or customs.
If you’re unsure about sizing, please check our Size Guide before placing your order.


Timeframe: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we can no longer
process replacements or refunds.


Return Shipping: If the issue is caused by a production or printing error, Brizch covers the full cost of
reprinting or refunding. If the return is due to reasons outside our control, shipping and
reprint costs are the customer’s responsibility.
