Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Brieza. If your T-shirt arrives damaged, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
Please review the policy below and contact us if you experience any issue with your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective.

The product is misprinted.

You receive the wrong design, size, or color.

The print is noticeably blurry, faded, crooked, or misaligned.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@brieza.com and include:

Your order number.

A brief description of the issue.

Clear photos showing the item and the problem.
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item.
Size, Color, or Design Selection
Each Brieza T-shirt is produced individually after an order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to provide full refunds when the correct item was delivered but the customer selected the wrong size, color, or design.
However, we understand that ordering clothing online can sometimes be difficult. If you accidentally selected the wrong size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a one-time discount toward a replacement item.

Change of Mind
Because our products are made to order, we do not normally accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for another reason, please contact us. We will review your request individually and do our best to find a reasonable solution.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Color Variations
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions, and the printing process. Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control are not normally eligible for a refund.
However, if your shipment appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us so we can investigate it.
Claim Timeframe
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
