Welcome to Brieza. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, “Brieza,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Brieza.

By visiting our website, using the Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or place an order.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order.

If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

2. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating a customer account.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Product Images

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

However, product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, device type, and the printing process. Product images may include digital mockups, and minor differences in print placement, color, or appearance may occur.

Minor production variations that do not materially affect the product are not necessarily considered defects.

We may update, modify, limit, or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Brieza products are generally printed individually after an order is placed.

Once an order enters production, we may be unable to cancel it or change the selected product, size, color, design, quantity, or shipping address.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This section does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Product or production unavailability.

  • Delivery limitations.

  • Unusually large order quantities.

  • Violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are displayed on our website and confirmed at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges, sales taxes, and other required charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Discount codes and promotions may:

  • Apply only to selected products or customers.

  • Have an expiration date.

  • Be limited to one use per customer.

  • Be unavailable in combination with other offers.

We may correct pricing, promotional, or technical errors and cancel an affected order. Any collected payment for a canceled order will be refunded.

7. Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the charge for the total amount shown at checkout.

We may delay or cancel an order if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, flagged for review, or requires additional authorization.

8. Shipping Area

Brieza currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.

The shipping destinations available for a particular order will be shown at checkout. We may be unable to deliver to certain remote locations, military addresses, territories, or other restricted addresses.

Shipping availability may change in the future.

9. Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

After production is completed, standard delivery generally takes 3–6 business days. Most orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately 4–9 business days from the order date.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, address problems, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

If we become unable to ship within the timeframe promised, we will provide notice and handle the order in accordance with applicable law.

10. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order enters production.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

11. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our return, replacement, and refund rules are described in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because Brieza products are made to order, we generally cannot provide a full refund or free exchange when the correct product was delivered but the customer selected the wrong size, color, or design, or changed their mind.

However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the product and the problem.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can review the shipment and assist with a carrier investigation.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the carrier or building reception.

Please report packages marked as delivered but not received within 7 days of the delivery update.

Replacements or refunds may depend on the circumstances and the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including the Brieza name, logos, product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, and page layouts—are owned by or licensed to Brieza and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without our written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, publish, sell, or commercially use our content.

  • Use our product designs, artwork, images, or logos for another business.

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

  • Create products derived from our protected artwork.

  • Use automated tools to collect substantial portions of our website.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or intellectual property printed on it.

14. Reviews and Customer Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content.

You confirm that anything you submit:

  • Reflects your genuine experience.

  • Is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • Does not violate another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

  • Is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, or threatening.

  • Does not contain spam or malicious software.

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting it to Brieza, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and share it in connection with operating and promoting our store and products.

We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms.

15. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

  • Attempt to access customer accounts or systems without authorization.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology.

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.

  • Collect other users’ personal information without authorization.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

  • Use automated systems to overload, scrape, or disrupt the Services.

  • Violate our intellectual-property rights or the rights of another party.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website relies on third-party providers, which may include Shopify, payment processors, printing providers, shipping carriers, analytics services, and social-media platforms.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services, websites, or content that we do not own or control.

Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in our separate Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed as reasonably necessary to operate the store, process payments, produce and deliver orders, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

18. Availability and Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate, secure, and available. However, online services may occasionally experience errors, interruptions, maintenance, or technical problems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brieza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be limited.

20. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, internet or utility failures, supplier interruptions, and carrier disruptions.

If such an event affects an accepted order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an appropriate solution.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections that may apply to customers in the United States.

Any legal provision that cannot be enforced under applicable law will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue to apply.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, policies, business practices, or legal obligations.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Changes apply from the date they are posted. They will not normally reduce rights connected to an order that was already accepted.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any additional terms displayed at checkout, form the agreement between you and Brieza regarding use of the Services and purchases from our store.
